Oh no! You need to return an item? No problem! At Serenade Clothing, we want all our customers to be fully happy with their purchases! Our return policy is below x
We check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition and packaged carefully before sending them to you. You can return any FULL priced items purchased for store credit within 7 days of the purchase date on your receipt (for International orders within 14 days of your purchase date). There is no return or refund on sale items.
Please choose carefully! We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the particular stock or size you require will be available when the unwanted item is returned. You will be issued with store credit in lieu of exchange and you will need to make a new purchase of the item you require.
Please contact us immediately if you intend to return your item via email at email@example.com. We will then issue you with a Returns Authority Number (RA Number) and a return form to be completed and sent back with the return. We will email a form to you to be completed. We will not accept any returns without a return form and an RA Number.
Upon sending the item back to us you will need to include:
- Your RA Number.
- Completed Return form.
- A postage paid bag to cover our return postage to you (please notify us if you are unsure how much value the postage bag should hold).
- Your item will be checked over to ensure it is in excellent condition, once this has occurred we will contact you with a credit code for the equal value for your original purchase.
- You will be able to spend the amount in credit on anything on our website and we will then use the return postage bag to send you your new item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or make refunds if we do not have all the items listed above or are notified after the 7-day period (14-day period for International orders).
After the item has been received, we will check it over to ensure it is new, unworn, and in the same perfect condition in which it was sent. We will not accept items that have fragrance or any kind of scent on them on return. If the item has been worn, is damaged (including marked/dirty), washed or altered, or has make-up on it, we have the right to send the item back to you without refund or store credit.
If you are returning an item for store credit, the returned goods must be:
- In their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returned within 7 days of date of purchase receipt (14 days for International orders).
- Items must not have been worn, damaged or washed.
- Items must not have make-up on them- Items must not have fragrance or any kind of scent
- Items must be returned via express post or another trackable method and the shipping is the expense of the customer.

We always check all items before they are sent but in the rare case that items are damaged or faulty, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately within 7 days of the purchase date on your receipt (14 days for International orders) to arrange a refund or store credit.
We're very sorry if the items you looked forward to receiving have arrived damaged. We do our best to pack them safely, but even the most lovingly prepared parcel can get dropped or jostled en-route to your house. If you send these products back to us within 7 days of receiving them (14 days for international orders), we will offer you an exchange where possible, or a full refund after we have received the return. In this case, we will pay for the postage of sending these items back to us. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for Intimate Items, Earrings or Hair Care items unless noticeably damaged upon receiving the item.
